WE LOOSE RADIO SHOW! (EXCLUSIVE!)

This past week I had the pleasure of Co-hosting the premier of a very special show called, “We Loose Radio,” on September 30th 2008. I was on the air broadcasting Entertainment News, and giving my various opinions about the music industry. I want to thank Skip for valuing my insight, and inviting me to join him on his show.

We Loose Radio is a weekly broadcast that airs every Tuesday @ 11PM EST out of Miami, FL. The focus of the show is to showcase new Rap/Hip Hop artist that are looking for exposure. The show also has entertainment news with yours truly, sports updates, and various special appearances by artist in the music industry.




This week I got a chance to go deep into the motivation behind WeLooseRadio, and this is what I discovered...

Skip can you tell me more about your Radio show, who is your targeted audience? I consider my show to be a true Indie and unsigned showcase. I also have a little entertainment, comedy, current event discussions, and commentary. I'd like my audience to be anyone who enjoys good music. I take pride in playing songs that aren’t on the radio, which people may have never heard of, or from artists that no one knows about.

How did you come up with the name "We Loose Radio?"
Well the name of our music label is WELOOSE (All caps, One word) Music, so it just fit that our radio station would be called WELOOSE radio. WELOOSE, comes from 2 parts WE meaning "family" and LOOSE meaning "we out here."

What are your long term plans for the show?
I plan to do the show as long as those indie and unsigned artists continue to supply me with good music to spin. I hope that in the future I can get some good high profile interviews, and maybe develop a large enough fan base to have my show sponsored and promoted on a national level. What I would really love is to take the show from web radio to TV.

What inspired you to start a Radio Show?
Well I’ve always been trying to find another medium to expose my own music as well as Indie and unsigned artists. I believe in the pay it forward concept. So I started with an online magazine that was short lived, but was still very successful as far as fan base and exposure. When I heard about the web radio format, I thought it would be fun.

Where are you originally from?
I was born on an Army base in Ft Campbell, KY. I then moved to Germany, which is where my mother is from, and when we relocated back to the US I lived in KY, TN, KS, and finally after much traveling we ended up in Miami, FL where my dad is originally from.

Do you have any further information you would like to include about yourself or the show?
The show is every Tuesday at 11pm EST, we try to feature and interview at least 2 or 3 artists each month. Id really like to have some label execs or those out there with indie labels to take a listen to some of the talent I'm floating their way. KELLY ROWLAND'S FAB NEW LOOK!

I caught a glimpse of these pictures recently of Kelly Rowland in Milan during Fashion Week 2008. I must say I immediately got a smile on my face when I saw how beautiful Kelly looked, and I had to do a blog about this. Kelly has gone from looking like a young girl to a DIVA! She looks flawless in these pictures, and I am so proud of her. I pray one day soon I can make a come up like this, because I know my look needs some serious improvement! LOL

I personally never liked Kelly in red hair. I don’t think it complemented her at all. I could tell she was attractive, but she never looked sexy to me. I can understand why she wanted to stand out from the other group members in Destiny's Child, especially when Beyonce took all the attention.

This picture above is just plain old scary! The hat, the makeup, and the complete wardrobe scream out HELP ME! I need a professional stylist! LOL When I came across this picture I started busting out laughing. I know everyone has one of these HOT Mess moments floating in their photo album at home, but just imagine if that picture was circling around online for thousands of people to see! LOL I swear if I was a celebrity I would wear shades everyday all day. No photographer would catch me looking like this! LMAO

Now this picture here is cute, but you can tell she's still coming into her own. I love the background and the lil dog sitting on her back is so precious. I still don’t like the red hair though. The jagged hair cut just isn’t working for me.


In this picture I’m not quite sure what’s going on, but I think Kelly is attempting to look sexy! LOL (That was so wrong of me I know. he he) Seriously though, again the makeup and the red hair is throwing everything off. This whole look just doesn’t say sex appeal, and the shoes......Who dressed her for this shoot anyway? LOL

Now we go back to the present! Let’s look at Kelly's phenomenal transformation.

It's Official! Kelly is all grown up, and she is a force to be reckoned with. She looks like a beautiful sophisticated woman who is ready to take on big things. You Go Girl!

Kelly is pictured here with designer Roberto Cavalli. Her skin is glowing and she even got some cleavage action happening! LOL Now this picture has Sex Appeal written all over it!


Here is Kelly on stage performing. Look at that Diva Stance. She is working it! Check out the make up here its perfect, and I love her jewelry accessories. The pieces add just the right amount of flavor to her outfit. Kelly is looking good!

T.I. BABY MOMMA DRAMA

As I announced in my YouTube blog a week ago T.I. aka Rubber band Man is in court yet again fighting with his Baby Mama, (29-year-old Lashon Dixon.) Their court battle is regarding child support for their two sons. Lashon has been getting $2,000 a month for child support, and she wants more money. Yes you saw the numbers correctly, (that was a two followed by three zeros!) Honestly I can’t believe a judge would award her such a small amount considering TI’s income. Well anyway the sad outcome of the case was Lashon Dixon was only given an extra thousand dollars a month!

What an insult. I would be Mad as Hell! LOL TI says his ex is having trouble making ends meet because she won’t get a job. Well umm excuse me but if I have two young sons by a man who makes enough to support us, I would stay home too! LOL what’s so wrong with her wanting to stay home and take care of her kids full time? I mean I could see if the kids were grown! The only reason why most people work anyway is to support themselves, and their families.

If I was in the court room I would have yelled out, "That’s not fair. 50's baby’s mom was getting $25,000 a month and she only got one kid!" (Hot Ghetto Mess!) LOL It’s a shame Shaniqua messed up that sweet deal by being greedy. Honestly how do you need more than $25,000 a month to raise one kid? I wish that was me because I would have been kissing 50's A**! LOL I mean he worked hard for that money. Why should he have to give it all away? $50,000 a month is completely unreasonable.

Along with TI’s music career he supposedly has a film unit, and a clothing line. Question: TI, is $3,000 even hurting your pockets a tiny bit? LOL Ironically TIP is releasing his latest album entitled, "Paper Trail" on Sept. 30th 2008. I personally find the title humorous considering the recent Palimony Suit against him.

FYI: This information has also been reported- Along with the $2,000 a month TI finances the children's private school, medical bills, and extracurricular activities. T.I. also has received joint custody of his two sons. Does this added information cast TI in a better light? Hmmm...I don’t know you tell me!

BEING SINGLE SUCKS!

 

I’m home alone in my room and I’m thinking back to all the relationships I had in the past, and wondering why none of them could last. Well I know I’m not the only one sitting here deep in thought about this subject. I have come to one conclusion regarding this matter…Being Single Sucks!!!!! Seriously, who wants to be alone? There are some people who say they prefer being single, but I think that’s a bunch of bull! The only exception to that is if you were in a Ike vs. Tina relationship.

An abusive spouse could cause anyone to second guess the true meaning of love. Still Tina didn’t give up on finding that special someone, so what’s your excuse? Hmmm… ”Well I’m too busy with work to think of a relationship right now.” Yeah ok, that’s another line people say to make themselves feel better. The truth of the matter is fear causes a lot of people to shy away from commitment. You are afraid of getting hurt, and being vulnerable. It happens to the best of us. We put our trust in someone, and they turn around and let us down.

Well I only have one thing to say about that…Tough Sh**! LOL Sometimes pain is pleasure, and real love is worth fighting for. Don’t give up too soon, because you might miss out on what you’ve been searching for all along.
